1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using RecapBox you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Organization accounts may require admin approval before use.

3. Your content

You own the files and content you upload and are responsible for having the right to record or use it, for example permission from the organizer or speaker where required.

You allow us to process your content only as needed to provide the service, such as transcription, summarization and storage.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to attempt to access other users' data.

5. Plans, storage and payment

Each plan includes the storage shown on the Pricing page. When storage is full, new recordings and uploads are paused. Prices and plans may change with prior notice.

Pro and Team are auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly) purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google charges you, issues the receipt and applies the taxes of your country.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you keep the plan until the end of the paid period. Deleting your RecapBox account does not cancel a store subscription automatically.

Refunds are handled under the policies of Apple or Google; please contact the store where you purchased.

6. AI accuracy

Transcripts and summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors. Verify them before relying on them for important decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time by requesting account deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Governing law
